Whatsapp Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage our digital communication and bulk messaging campaigns for industrial refrigeration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Execute bulk WhatsApp messaging campaigns using company-approved tools.
• Manage customer databases and ensure timely follow-up messages.
• Assist in preparing marketing content and promotional messages.
• Track engagement and report campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing / IT preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API / bulk messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
