Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with deep knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing, along with hands-on experience in managing social platforms such as Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence on WhatsApp using WhatsApp Business API, broadcast lists, automation tools, and chat flows.
• Create and execute WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
• Build WhatsApp funnels using tools like WATI, Zoko, Interakt, Twilio, AiSensy, etc.
• Plan and create social media content calendars across platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn).
• Respond to comments, inquiries, and manage online reputation.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of WhatsApp marketing strategies, automation, flows, templates, and analytics.
• Strong command of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Good communication skills.
• Creative thinking and trend awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WhatsApp automation CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools.
