Job Title: Wheel Dozer Operator (Oil & Gas)Job Summary

The Wheel Dozer Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wheel dozers in support of oil and gas field operations. This role involves earthmoving, site preparation, road construction, pad building, and maintenance activities while adhering to strict safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel dozers to perform grading, leveling, backfilling, and material spreading for well pads, roads, and facility sites
• Support drilling, completion, and production operations through site preparation and maintenance
• Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety policies, including HSE and environmental requirements
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections; report mechanical issues promptly
• Maintain proper equipment operation to minimize wear, fuel consumption, and downtime
• Read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and site layouts
• Work closely with supervisors, spotters, and other equipment operators to ensure safe operations
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas in compliance with environmental standards
• Perform basic equipment maintenance such as greasing, cleaning, and fluid checks
• Operate in varying weather, terrain, and remote field conditions

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years experience operating wheel dozers, preferably in oil and gas or heavy civil construction
• Valid operator certification or documented experience on wheel dozers
• Knowledge of oilfield safety practices and hazard awareness (e.g., JSA, PPE, lockout/tagout)
• Ability to work long hours, rotational schedules, and remote locations
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitations

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate controls precisely
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, dust)
• Ability to climb equipment ladders and perform inspections
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required

Certifications (Preferred or Required)

• H2S Alive (or equivalent)
• First Aid/CPR
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 (or regional equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
