Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate a wheel loader to move materials, load stock, and support site activities. You will collaborate with supervisors and crew members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate wheel loader to move, load, and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, and debris

Inspect equipment prior to use and perform basic maintenance checks; report any issues promptly

Load materials into trucks or stockpiles with precision and care

Adhere to safety policies and procedures; maintain a clean and organized work area

Coordinate with ground personnel to optimize material flow and spacing

Monitor and adjust loader controls for efficient fuel use and productivity

Document daily production and equipment usage as required

Assist with general site duties as directed by supervisors
Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Proven experience operating wheel loaders in construction or mining environments

Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to follow standard procedures

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications
