Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wheel Loader/Skidloader Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and manage bulk materials efficiently across our facility. Your expertise will help maintain smooth operations on-site while adhering to safety standards and best practices in construction and material handling. As of right now this work is done in the evenings and weekends.

Duties

  • Operate wheel loaders, skidloaders, and yard jockey trucks with precision and safety.
  • Load and unload bulk materials accurately onto trucks or storage areas using heavy equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement efficiently across the site.
  • Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.

Experience

  • Proven experience operating equipment such as wheel loaders and skidloaders.
  • Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
