About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Wholesale Salesperson with a strong background in coffee, chocolate, or premium food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our wholesale business, managing key accounts, and developing long-term customer relationships across the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, distributors, and key accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the coffee, chocolate, and confectionery sectors. Promote and present the company’s product range to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and retail outlets. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and market development. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and promotional events. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales (preferably in coffee, chocolate, or gourmet food products). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong network within the HORECA and retail sectors is an advantage.
