Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional service to wholesale customers, assisting them with their parts needs
- Ensure proper stocking and organization of incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Accurately price and update parts and accessories in the system, utilizing the correct pricing sources
- Keep customers informed about current promotions and special offers
- Uphold the company’s values in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a wholesale parts department, especially in Audi or similar brands
- Preferred: Sales experience in the automotive industry
- Preferred: Knowledge of CDK software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a process-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Saturdays
