Compensation:

$30,000 base and $70,000 in commission

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new real estate acquisition opportunities in the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale area.
  • Engage with potential sellers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Utilize proven scripts and systems to effectively negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize acquisition processes.
  • Analyze market trends to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales floor
  • Able to work 100% in-office (non-negotiable)

  • Thick skin — you don’t fold after rejection
  • Competitive mindset and high personal standards
  • Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated


Experience That Helps (But Not Required)

  • Real estate acquisitions/wholesaling
  • Cold calling, call center, or high-ticket sales
  • Negotiation, closing, or commission-based roles
  • CRM experience (Podio, dialers, follow-up systems)
