Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Wholesale Seller to manage wholesale clients, increase sales, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, handling orders, negotiating prices, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers and retailers.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and new clients.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Visit customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and customer feedback reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely distribution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale sales or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
