Your Role

As a Wi-Fi Developer / Lead / Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for Wi-Fi products such as Access Points and Wireless LAN Controllers. You’ll work on advanced Wi-Fi standards, chipset SDKs, and Linux-based platforms to deliver high-performance networking solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop software for Wi-Fi products including Access Points and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Contribute to SRS and design documentation as a mandatory responsibility.
• Collaborate on field debugging of Wi-Fi issues and provide technical guidance.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile

• Strong working knowledge of 802.11 standards (n/ac); theoretical understanding of 11ax is a plus.
• Experience with HostAP Daemon software and its interfaces.
• Deep understanding of Wi-Fi management plane protocols, Wi-Fi security (WPA2/WPA3), beamforming, band steering, MIMO, channel bandwidth, and MCS rates.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Wi-Fi chipset SDKs (Broadcom, Qualcomm, Quantenna).
• Familiarity with Linux Wi-Fi stack (mac80211, cfg80211) and hostapd.
• Basic IP data networking knowledge.
• Comfortable with Linux programming and very strong in C programming.
• Experience in contributing to design and review processes.
• Field debugging experience is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to manage small teams effectively.
