Winback & Digital Advertising Specialist (Sales & PPC) – Remote

We are looking for motivated sales and digital advertising professionals in Egypt to join our team. In this role, you will help reconnect with former clients, rebuild relationships, and provide solutions that help them grow their business online.

Responsibilities:

• Re-engage with inactive customers to restore partnerships.
• Understand why clients canceled services and present tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Use CRM and other digital tools to track interactions and results.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer retention, winback roles, or digital advertising
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Conversational English
• Experience with PPC campaigns, Paid media and/or SEO.
• Comfortable using digital tools and remote work technology (CRM, Google Workspace, dialers, etc.)
• Medium to high technology skills
• Equipment to work from home (PC with i3 or better, stable internet 10 Mbps or higher)
