Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
• Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, extension poles, and ladders to safely and effectively to reach high or difficult areas
• Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify spots needing extra attention or repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly after each job
• Follow safety procedures diligently, especially when on roofs or working at heights
• Communicate with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or commercial cleaning preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, and extension poles effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work safely at heights and follow all safety guidelines diligently
• Good physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day

Pay: $24.57 - $29.59 per hour
