Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Window Cleaners to join our team. The role involves cleaning windows and glass surfaces at commercial and/or residential properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
• Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Inspect windows for damage or issues and report to supervisor
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Basic Requirements:

• Previous experience in window cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of safety practices
• Good attention to detail
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
