We are seeking a dynamic Window Treatments Interior Designer to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with artistic flair, helping clients transform their interiors with custom window treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, sales, and design, bringing a passion for interior aesthetics and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget considerations for window treatments.
• Develop comprehensive layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, and other design software to visualize custom window treatment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present design options confidently, emphasizing features like lighting control and material quality.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation through deal closing, including upselling premium options and remodeling fixtures.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors during renovation or construction projects to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of window treatments.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details using CRM systems and POS software.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales within the interior design or home improvement industry.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems to create layouts and manage client data efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales and deal closing strategies.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, and remodeling project management.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively.
• Expertise in lighting design, fixture sales, and remodeling & fixture sales to enhance project offerings.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and build lasting customer relationships.
• Organizational skills necessary for stocking management, product demos, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
