The Wine Education Associate is a detail oriented and thorough individual who coordinates and facilitates all Wine Education activations. Working closely with a small team of Wine Educators to ensure that the needs of our sales team, wholesale trade partners and internal partners are met in a timely and professional manner, the Associate has a strong work ethic and is comfortable working independently and with multiple teams and individuals to accomplish the tasks.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented with a demonstrated history of project management and/or executive assistance, with the ability to work independently and in tandem with various departments to ensure the growth and success of our wine brands. Candidates should have an appetite for growth within our company, especially within Trade/Brand Marketing.

Outstanding performance in this role opens the door to broader leadership roles across the organization. You’ll play a critical role within our Marketing team with internal upward trajectory and also other departments across the company, especially Wholesale, Hospitality and DTC Sales.
Working Conditions
Pay Rate: $28.85 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
Located in Paso Robles, JUSTIN® Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1981 and is known for crafting world- class wines using Bordeaux grape varieties, including the iconic ISOSCELES® blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The Vineyard estate, located at 11680 Chimney Rock Road, features a Tasting Room, luxury five-star accommodations at the JUST Inn®, and a Restaurant—making it one of the only wineries on the Central Coast to offer all three options. In September 2018, a new second location, the JUSTIN Downtown Tasting Room opened introducing an expansive wine-tasting bar, lounge, and a full dining room that’s situated prominently on the square along Downtown City Park in the heart of Paso Robles. In addition to its stellar hospitality, JUSTIN consistently receives top honors around the world, establishing itself as a leader in New World Bordeaux-style winemaking.
