Marketing/Partnerships Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to influencers, foodies, and local brands to invite them for tastings and collabs.
• Research local market trends and provide insights to our marketing team.
• Manage and respond to Yelp & Google reviews and customer feedback.
• Help plan and activate pop-ups, collaborations, and brand events.
• Conduct outreach to offices and companies for catering and promotional partnerships.
• Manage SoCal social media accounts alongside our content assistant.
• Support email, SMS, and campaign marketing with existing materials.
• Light social media management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Interest in marketing, PR, or influencer relations.
• Experience in outreach, collaborative and partnering pitches.
• Organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Yelp).
• A love for community, culture, and good bagels.

Schedule:

• 8–10 hours per week
• Weekly team meeting (virtual or in-person)
