Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Sommelier to manage the wine program of a luxury 5★ hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience and optimal wine pairing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wine lists, inventory, and cellar operations.
• Recommend and pair wines with menus for guests.
• Conduct wine tastings and staff training sessions.
• Oversee wine purchasing, storage, and quality control.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and UAE regulations.
• Support F&B operations during peak service hours.

Requirements

• Certified Sommelier (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Strong wine knowledge (Old World & New World).
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
