Wine Steward/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining and kitchen areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
• Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their dining experience, including up-selling menu items when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning and food handling procedures.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a focus on phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
