Wintel Engineer L3

Experience- 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019).
• Perform installation and configuration of ADDS, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controllers.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows MS Exchange Server (2013/2016) and Skype for Business Server (2015).
• Provide L3-level support for ADC servers, Active Directory, and Exchange-related issues.
• Develop Plans of Action (PoA) for issue resolution or implementations, and coordinate approvals with business units.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for Active Directory, Exchange management, and automation tasks.
• Proactively monitor servers for disk space, CPU, and memory utilization using HP ITOMS or similar monitoring tools.
• Manage Group Policies (GPOs), Rights Management, and overall Active Directory object lifecycle (ID creation, deletion, access management).
• Handle SSL certificate renewal processes and ensure compliance.
• Support end-users by resolving multiple AD, Exchange, and Skype-related tickets via ITSM tools.
• Participate in weekly reviews with IT SPOCs to track and resolve open issues.
• Execute file operations and migrations using Robocopy and scripting tools.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 5+ years of strong Windows Server Administration experience (L3 level).
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Skype for Business administration.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of server monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Strong communication skills with proven customer handling experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage business interactions.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
