Wireless - Rigger

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Wireless Technician with hands-on experience in UBNT (Ubiquiti) and Mimosa wireless devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, alignment, and maintenance of wireless links, ensuring stable and high-performance connectivity for our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and configure wireless links using UBNT, Mimosa, and related equipment.
• Climb and work safely on wireless towers for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment.
• Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and field teams during link setup, testing, and optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and equipment details.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during field operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with UBNT and Mimosa wireless devices.
• Strong understanding of wireless radio installation, alignment, and configuration.
• Physically fit and capable of climbing towers and working at heights.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in an ISP or wireless network field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
