Nexus Performance Group is recruiting a Wireless Sales Associate to execute high-impact mobile connectivity campaigns in Sacramento for our partner, AT&T. As a sales and business consulting firm, we provide extensive training in wireless technology and campaign management, preparing the Wireless Sales Associate to achieve results and accelerate their career in a corporate leadership track.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the expert advisor for clients navigating AT&T's mobile offerings, ensuring informed device choices and seamless service enrollment. This position requires precision in CRM data management and a commitment to supporting team-based activation goals. The Wireless Sales Associate's analytical skills will be key in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable mobile technology and connectivity plans from AT&T.

Role Requirements for a Wireless Sales Associate

  • Launch targeted outreach campaigns using approved workflows to promote AT&T wireless plans, mobile devices, and bundled service options.
  • Evaluate household connectivity needs, usage goals, and budget priorities to align mobile solutions with client expectations.
  • Manage the full acquisition cycle—from lead generation and proposal delivery to enrollment and activation—using campaign systems and CRM platforms.
  • Maintain CRM integrity by logging pipeline movement, account status updates, and service milestones to support forecasting and campaign visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and delivery benchmarks are met across mobile deployments.
  • Reinforce post-sale engagement by troubleshooting device issues, promoting mobile plan value, and supporting retention through education and campaign workflows.

Qualities That Set You Apart as a Wireless Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
  • Experience in wireless sales, client acquisition, or structured outreach—ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
  • Skilled communicator with a consultative mindset; able to position mobile solutions based on usage goals, budget priorities, and device compatibility.
  • CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, territory forecasting, and campaign continuity.
  • Tech-savvy and results-driven; able to explain device features, service plans, and connectivity options with clarity and confidence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,799.30 - $53,951.84 per year
