What You'll Be Doing

• Primarily residential service work in homes across the Austin area
• Light commercial electrical work-giving you variety and broad experience
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems with safety and quality in mind
• Delivering a great customer experience on every job-not just a fix
• Representing Tru-Tec with professionalism and pride

Who We're Looking For

Wireman (Entry Level)

• Basic hands-on electrical experience
• Eager to learn and develop your skills in a structured environment
• TDLR registration preferred but not required

Journeyman Electrician

• TDLR Journeyman License required
• Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work
• Able to work independently and lead on a job site when needed

Both Roles Require

• Strong communicator who can talk to customers, not just outlets
• Critical thinker who figures things out- not someone who waits to be told
• Team-first attitude with a serious work ethic.
