Wireman – Solar Project

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Wireman to join our solar project team. The role involves wiring, cabling, terminations, and electrical connections for solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety norms. You will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth installation, testing, and commissioning of solar equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Install and wire solar PV modules, inverters, combiner boxes, junction boxes, earthing cables, and cable trays.
• Perform cable terminations and conduct continuity/insulation tests.
• Follow electrical standards and safety procedures; report hazards immediately.
• Maintain records of materials used, cable lengths, and installation details.
• Assist in troubleshooting and commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Wireman License (Bahrain).
• 2–5 years of electrical installation experience; solar PV experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use tools like multimeters, crimping tools, and meggers.
• Physically fit to work at heights and handle electrical components.
