Work Experience
6 - 9 years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of WMS implementation or super-user role (Manhattan, SAP EWM, Infor, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar).
We are seeking a WMS (Warehouse Management System )Expert / Super User to lead this implementation from our side - ensuring seamless coordination between operations, IT, and the software provider.
This role will be the central point of contact for all WMS-related activities, from configuration and testing to go-live and stabilization. The right candidate will combine strong operational understanding of warehouse processes with hands-on WMS experience and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership
Act as the internal lead for all WMS implementation phases - setup, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Collaborate with the WMS vendor and internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Finance) to ensure business requirements are met.
Participate in system design workshops to define workflows, bin structure, and operational parameters.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure issue resolution before deployment.
Support data migration, master data setup, and system validation.
Operational Excellence
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the new WMS.
Train and mentor warehouse teams on WMS use, ensuring smooth adoption at all levels.
Identify process improvement opportunities post-implementation and lead optimization initiatives.
Act as the first line of support for any WMS-related queries or incidents.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track key operational metrics (receiving, putaway, picking, dispatch accuracy, and cycle counts) using WMS dashboards.
Prepare regular reports on WMS performance, highlighting issues, trends, and recommendations.
Coordinate periodic system audits to maintain data integrity and user compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, IT, or related field.
6 - 9 years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of WMS implementation or super-user role (Manhattan, SAP EWM, Infor, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar).
Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, storage, order picking, dispatch, and inventory control.
Experience in leading user training, conducting system testing, and working with IT/integration teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with barcode scanners, label printers, and RF devices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills - able to bridge operations and technology.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
