<li>Maintain the appearance of the lobby (emptying trash when necessary, wiping off desk, etc.</li>
<li>Escort maintenance men when necessary</li>
<li>Call in needed repairs</li>
<li>Greet and assist visitors</li></ul> 
 
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

<li>Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of computers</li>
<li>Ability to interact well with people</li>
<li>Has evidenced leadership and organization in the residence hall</li>
<li>Capability to confront and enforce University&rsquo;s expectations</li></ul></div>

Serving as the welcoming face of Mack Residence Hall, the Hostess ensures a safe, clean, and friendly environment by greeting visitors, assisting residents with questions or concerns, monitoring lobby appearance, escorting maintenance personnel when needed, and promptly reporting repair issues—impacting daily comfort and building community within the hall.
