Wood Polisher / Spray Painters

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, and smoothing imperfections
• Apply stains, varnishes, lacquers, and polish to wood surfaces
• Mix and match colors to achieve desired finishes
• Use hand tools and polishing machines effectively
• Ensure a smooth, even, and high-quality finish on all wood products
• Inspect finished work for defects and make necessary corrections
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
• Work with carpenters and supervisors to meet project requirements

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Wood Polisher or similar role
• Knowledge of different polishing materials, chemicals, and techniques
• Ability to use sanding and polishing tools/machines
• Good attention to detail and finishing quality
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to work independently and in a team
