AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilization.

Development Production Process: Contribute to the development and enhancement of production processes.

Resource Management: Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximize production output.

Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular inspections.

Cost Management: Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient production methods.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Reporting:Generate production reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data for management review.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES

• Plan and execute production activities, considering customer orders and project specifications.
• Champion safety guidelines and regulations within the production area.
• Provide guidance and supervision to production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the design team to evaluate design feasibility for production.
• Monitor and manage production processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold product quality.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Address production-related challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet production targets effectively.

Requirements

• 5 years MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Experience in a Joinery company is a must.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.
• Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the production department.

TECHNICAL KSAs/ CERTIFICATIONS,EDUCATIONETC.

• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Expertise in woodworking machinery, equipment, and tool's
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
