WordPress / CMS Developer

We are seeking a Mid-Level CMS Developer with solid experience in WordPress development and familiarity with additional CMS platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, GHL, or similar solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing CMS-driven websites while implementing scalable features, optimizing performance, and maintaining clean, efficient codebases.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Create and modify custom themes, templates, and plugins tailored to project needs
• Transform Figma or UI/UX mockups into responsive, high-quality websites
• Develop and manage dynamic website features including custom post types and taxonomies
• Connect websites with third-party tools, APIs, and external integrations
• Enhance website speed, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals compliance
• Identify and fix bugs, technical issues, and CMS-related challenges
• Ensure websites perform smoothly across devices and major browsers
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project coordinators, and development teams
• Write clean, organized, and scalable code following best practices

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CMS and WordPress development
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience customizing WordPress themes and extending plugin functionality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Exposure to additional CMS platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, GHL, or similar tools
• Familiarity with page builders including Elementor, Gutenberg, or equivalent solutions
• Strong grasp of responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility standards
• Experience using Git or other version control tools
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain CMS-based websites independently
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with WooCommerce customization and implementation
• Hands-on knowledge of ACF, WordPress hooks, CPTs, and REST API integrations
• Capability to convert design files into responsive, production-ready CMS websites
• Understanding of website optimization, technical SEO, and performance best practices

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
