WordPress Developer

Digitizal is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions via tickets, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update WordPress websites, addressing any bugs or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to implement website enhancements and optimizations.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
• Ensure websites are fully optimized for performance and responsiveness across various devices.
• Implement security measures to protect websites from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Skills and Experience:

• Must have good communication skills to manage the user tickets.
• Good understanding of Woo Commerce.
• Ability to speak and write good English to reply to customers.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in WordPress web development.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging WordPress websites.
• Familiarity with WordPress page builders and plugins.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
