Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer with strong expertise in Core PHP, WordPress back-end development, theme/plugin customization, and WordPress core functionality. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Work extensively with Core PHP to build high-performance solutions.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities for complex projects.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of WordPress websites.
• Manage website architecture, custom back-end logic, and MySQL databases.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and payment gateways.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Core PHP and WordPress back-end development.
• Proven expertise in custom theme and plugin development.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Knowledge of responsive website development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in code versioning tools (Git, SVN).
• Familiarity with caching techniques, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Experience in WooCommerce and advanced WordPress plugins (preferred).
