About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain large-scale, content-heavy websites (100–200+ pages). The ideal candidate will have expertise in custom WordPress development, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly site architecture to support service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and functionalities.
• Build and optimize websites with 100–200+ pages, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for speed.
• Perform regular site audits for performance, security, and user experience improvements.
• Manage database structures, content migration, and website architecture for large-scale WordPress sites.
• Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to deliver seamless website solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Stay updated on WordPress core updates, plugins, and security best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional WordPress development experience, preferably in a service-based company.
• Proven experience managing and scaling large websites (100–200+ pages).
• Strong skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.).
• Knowledge of WordPress APIs, hooks, actions, and filters.
• Familiarity with website performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
• Experience with SEO best practices and structured data implementation.
• Proficiency with Git/version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of multi-site setups websites.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and CDN integrations.
• Experience with security hardening, caching, and backup solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 per month
