About Us: We are a growing digital agency as well as a Team of Best Dentist in Karachi seeking an experienced and dedicated WordPress Developer to join our team for long-term projects.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and honest WordPress Developer with strong UI/UX design abilities to create and maintain high-quality websites. The candidate should be highly proficient in developing fully responsive, SEO-optimized WordPress websites that deliver seamless experiences across all devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets (iPad), iPhones, and Android phones. The ideal candidate is proactive, fast-working, and committed to long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites with strong focus on modern UI/UX principles.
• Ensure all websites are fully responsive and optimized for performance on all devices and browsers.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to increase site visibility and search engine rankings.
• Work with content, graphics, and marketing teams to integrate design and development requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain website security and regular updates.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain open communication.
• Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• [Optional/Preferred] Manage or assist in running social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX best practices and modern design trends.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Proficient in website optimization techniques (speed, SEO, mobile-friendliness).
• Ability to develop custom themes, plugins, and functionalities as needed.
• Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
• Understanding of website analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Yoast/RankMath, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to commit to long-term projects.
• High level of honesty, obedience, and accountability.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge and experience in creating and managing social media ad campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
