WordPress Developer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and themes.
• Build custom WordPress plugins and modules as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, SEO, and performance.
• Perform regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Work with APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure data security.
• Debug issues, perform code reviews, and maintain best development practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with WooCommerce and e-commerce integrations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Knowledge of WordPress security best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with REST API integration.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with Shopify, Laravel, or other CMS.
• Exposure to headless WordPress development (React, Next.js).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
