Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with a strong eye for User Experience (UX) and interface design. The ideal candidate will create visually appealing, fast, and conversion-focused websites that reflect our brand values and enhance client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.

Design user-centered layouts and page structures with intuitive navigation and clear CTAs.

Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate creative concepts into functional sites.

Manage website updates, security, and backups.

Conduct UX testing to improve site usability and conversion rates.

Implement analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) for tracking and performance reporting.

Stay updated with WordPress trends, plugins, and emerging UX/UI best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in WordPress development.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with popular builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.

Familiarity with UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of website architecture, SEO principles, and responsive design.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with WooCommerce or real estate listing integrations.

Knowledge of API integrations and custom theme/plugin development.

Understanding of marketing funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
