Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development & Customization
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites across multiple business units.
• Develop and modify custom themes, templates, and plugins as required.
• Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and lead conversions.
• Website Maintenance & Performance
• Perform regular updates of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Resolve bugs, layout issues, and functionality errors promptly.
• Maintain uptime, apply security patches, and manage backup protocols.
• Support third-party integrations (CRM, APIs, payment gateways, marketing tools, etc.).
• Hosting & Server Management
• Manage and configure hosting environments onHostGator, Bluehost, and Etisalat NIC.
• Handle domain management, DNS records, SSL certificates, and CDN setup.
• Monitor hosting performance, ensure security compliance, and implement server-level optimizations.
• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work with marketing teams to implement landing pages and digital campaign assets.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations on performance, issues, and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as aWordPress Developer (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge ofPHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Proficiency withElementor Pro, WooCommerce, and WPML.
• Strong understanding ofSEO best practices and speed optimization tools.
• Hands-on experience withcPanel hosting and providers such as HostGator, Bluehost, and Etisalat NIC.
• Ability to managedomains, DNS, SSL, and CDN configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managingmulti-site WordPress environments.
• Knowledge ofAPI and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity withWordPress security protocols and advanced optimization techniques.
• Background in managingcorporate, real estate, or e-commerce websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
