Job Description

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic and high-performance websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in custom theme and plugin development, front-end and back-end optimization, and WordPress CMS customization. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• CMS: WordPress (Theme & Plugin Development)



• Languages: PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
  
• Tools & Builders: Elementor, WPBakery, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
  
• Optimization Tools: Google PageSpeed, New Relic
  
• Version Control: Git (preferred)
  
• Database: MySQL
  
• Hosting & Deployment: Website hosting, deployment, and server management

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.



• Implement front-end designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  
• Manage website architecture, including custom post types, custom fields, and shortcodes.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Authorize.net).
  
• Optimize website performance using Google PageSpeed Insights and New Relic tools.
  
• Conduct quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
  
• Ensure website security, backup, and regular maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  
• Monitor and improve website performance, SEO readiness, and responsive design compatibility.
