Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer who is an expert in Elementor, website speed optimization, and modern UI/UX practices. The ideal candidate must be able to build high-quality websites from scratch, customize themes/plugins, troubleshoot issues, and deliver pixel-perfect designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design responsive websites using WordPress + Elementor.
• Convert Figma/PSD/UI designs into fully functional Elementor pages.
• Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores).
• Manage website migrations, backups, and security configurations.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, forms, and automation tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform regular website maintenance.
• Optimize websites for SEO (on-page structure, schema, technical basics).
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Expert-level Elementor skills (Pro version, custom widgets, animations, flexbox).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Knowledge of WordPress database structure and query optimization.
• Experience with speed optimization plugins (LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Search Console basics.
• Understanding of mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to solve complex problems and deliver clean, bug-free solutions.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience with Crocoblock / JetEngine / ACF.
• Knowledge of WooCommerce, custom checkout, and product setups.
• Ability to create custom Elementor widgets and dynamic templates.
• Experience with Cloudflare, cPanel, DNS, staging servers.
• UI/UX design experience.
