Core Tasks

• Developing websites using WordPress (themes + plugins)
• Converting Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional, responsive pages
• Customizing WordPress themes (UI + features)
• Creating custom plugins or modifying existing plugins
• Optimizing website speed & performance
• Ensuring mobile responsiveness
• Setting up hosting, domains, and website migration
• Ensuring SEO-friendly structure
• Managing website security & updates

Required Skill Set

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor / Divi / WPBakery (or custom theme development)
• Familiarity with WordPress backend, plugins, APIs
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs quickly
• Experience integrating payment gateways & APIs (optional)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who can take our design files (Figma/XD) and convert them into fast, responsive, and clean WordPress websites. You’ll work closely with our design team to deliver high-quality websites for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize WordPress websites as per project requirements
• Convert UI/UX designs into working WordPress pages
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins
• Maintain site speed, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot bugs, layout issues, and plugin conflicts
• Implement SEO-friendly structure and best practices
• Handle website migration, hosting setup, and backups

Requirements

• 2+ years of WordPress development experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor / Divi / WPBakery
• Good understanding of WordPress backend, plugins, APIs
• Ability to deliver fast and meet timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building custom plugins
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and tracking integrations
• Ability to optimize website performance
