We are seeking a core specialist who truly lives and breathes the WordPress platform and can deliver highly optimized, visually stunning websites within tight deadlines. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and creative flair.

Key Requirements:

• Design Eye & UX: Must have a strong design eye and an understanding of UX principles to transform mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
• Speed & Efficiency: Ability to execute quick-paced corrections, bug fixes, and performance tuning in a high-volume agency environment.
• Technical SEO: Proficient in implementing technical SEO optimization (page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup) at the development level.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and customize themes/plugins using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Optimize sites for speed, security, and mobile-first responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and SEO teams.
