Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes and plugins.
• Build custom themes and plugins when required.
• Work with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully responsive WordPress websites.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues, bugs, and errors.
• Manage website migrations, backups, updates, and hosting configurations.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with custom post types, ACF, and theme framework customization.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and on-page optimization.
• Ability to debug code and understand error logs.
• Understanding of website speed optimization techniques (caching, image optimization, minification, CDN).
• Knowledge of hosting environments such as cPanel, Plesk, or cloud servers.
• Experience working with APIs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce, membership sites, or LMS platforms.
• Ability to create one-click demo imports for custom themes (strong advantage!).
• Worked with ThemeForest-level standards.
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and deployment workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
