WordPress Developer

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer to join our team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in web development with a focus on WordPress. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for web development and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• As a WordPress developer, you will be crucial in implementing and maintaining best practices for security for WordPress installations.
• Your expertise in SSL setup, firewall configurations, and protection against vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF) will ensure our websites are secure against potential threats.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code that adheres to WordPress coding standards.
• Your strong attention to detail, coupled with an eye for visual consistency and design aesthetics, will be instrumental in maintaining the high quality of our websites. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• You must be a go-to person for any PHP/Back-End to debug WordPress Plugins and Customized Theme issues, provide innovative solutions, and be a reliable resource for your professional growth and the company's growth.
• Create and maintain reusable components with top-tier code quality, like custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks.
• Must possess plugin/module development expertise
• Optimize website code for speed and efficiency, utilizing caching, minification, and lazy loading techniques.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Work closely with other developers to implement new features and functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must have 5 years of experience with WordPress development
• Working knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services, such as APIs, CSS, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web user interface design (UI)
• Your strong understanding of PHP back-end development, WordPress and its ecosystem (themes, plugins, etc.) will be a key asset in your role as a WordPress developer (themes, plugins, etc.)
• Strong understanding of WordPress core. Including hooks, APIs, database structure, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
