Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain WordPress websites and themes

Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements

Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness

Ensure website security and regular backups

Fix bugs and troubleshoot technical issues

Collaborate with designers and content teams

Maintain SEO-friendly structure and clean code

Required Skills

Strong experience with WordPress (CMS)

Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with theme and plugin development/customization

Knowledge of MySQL and website hosting environments

Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)

Understanding of SEO best practices

Experience with Git/version control is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WooCommerce

Knowledge of website security and performance tools

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
