Job Description

Spell Link is looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team at our Shadman, Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in WordPress development, theme customization, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work independently during evening/night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness
• Fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues
• Optimize websites for SEO and speed
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement layouts
• Perform regular website updates and backups
• Follow best coding practices and WordPress standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
• Understanding of website security and optimization techniques
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
• Ability to work onsite during 6 PM – 3 AM shift
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
