About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who can build, customize, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites. You’ll work closely with designers and business stakeholders to deliver fast, secure, and scalable websites with clean code and great UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress websites using themes and plugins
• Build custom themes and plugins when required
• Customize Elementor / Gutenberg layouts
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO
• Fix bugs, handle updates, and maintain existing WordPress sites
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and forms
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement best practices for backups, security, and version control

Required Skills

• Strong experience with WordPress (Core, Themes, Plugins)
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
• Knowledge of WooCommerce customization
• Understanding of website performance optimization and caching
• Experience with hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, Cloudways, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with custom post types & ACF
• SEO optimization experience
• Basic UI/UX understanding
• Experience with multilingual sites (WPML/Polylang)
• Knowledge of security plugins and best practices
