Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Full Stack Developer Intern with a strong focus on WordPress and CMS management. You will work closely with our senior developer and founder to build, maintain, and optimize high-quality web applications and websites.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong command of WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, and Theme Customization).
- Solid understanding of Full Stack development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP).
- Ability to commit to fixed timings (9 AM – 6 PM) for the full 6-month duration.
- A "Problem-Solver" mindset with a high degree of technical curiosity.
Detailed Responsibilities
- CMS & WordPress Management
- Setting up, configuring, and managing WordPress environments.
- Customizing themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Building responsive layouts that are pixel-perfect across all devices.
- Full Stack Development
- Developing front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Assisting in back-end logic and database management (MySQL/MongoDB).
- Integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Maintenance & Optimization
- Identifying and fixing bugs or performance bottlenecks.
- Optimizing website speed and ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
- Ensuring the security and regular backup of CMS-based websites.
- Team Collaboration & Learning
- Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to implement new features.
- Participating in code reviews and learning from senior-level developers.
- Documenting your work and providing regular progress updates.
Technical Skills Required
- Web Basics: Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- CMS: Mastery of WordPress, including custom post types and hooks.
- Backend: Proficiency in PHP and a basic understanding of Node.js or Python.
- Database: Knowledge of SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
