Wordpress Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic Marketing Department at Vision Tact, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. As a mid-level WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital strategy and enhancing user engagement across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate brand elements and functionalities that align with marketing objectives.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements and optimize website functionalities.
• Implement website updates, improvements, and new features based on user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure website security, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular site audits.
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and responsive design.
• Coordinate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of the WordPress CMS, theme and plugin development, and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO strategies).
• Familiarity with web hosting environments and DNS management.

Must Have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress REST API
• Competency in responsive and mobile design
• Proven track record of successful WordPress site launches and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Expertise in WordPress CMS and its ecosystem
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with MySQL and database management
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Ability to implement website performance optimization techniques
• Experience with WordPress security best practices

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Effective time management and multitasking skills

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
