Wordpress Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites using Elementor
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Implement clean, responsive, and mobile-optimized layouts that match the design exactly
• Configure and manage SEO plugins (e.g., RankMath or Yoast) to ensure proper on-page SEO setup
• Implement and manage multilingual functionality using WPML
• Create and modify custom themes and templates based on project requirements
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure seamless UI/UX integration
• Utilize AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve development efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress tools, plugins, and development trends
• Bonus: Assist with Shopify or other CMS platforms when required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven WordPress development experience with a strong portfolio
• Strong experience converting Figma designs to Elementor with pixel-perfect accuracy
• Solid experience with Elementor and Elementor Pro
• Experience implementing multilingual websites using WPML
• Familiarity with SEO plugins (RankMath, Yoast) and SEO best practices
• Understanding of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus
• Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to enhance workflow efficiency
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
