Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will ensure high performance, responsiveness, and SEO-friendly implementation while collaborating with design and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Development & Maintenance

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to project requirements
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web pages using Elementor or similar page builders
• Customize themes and plugins based on business needs
• Ensure website speed optimization, performance, and mobile responsiveness
• Manage website updates, backups, and security enhancements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix bugs efficiently
• Maintain clean, structured, and scalable code

SEO & Website Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal linking)
• Optimize website structure for improved search engine visibility
• Assist in keyword implementation and SEO strategy execution
• Ensure proper setup and optimization of Google Search Console

Digital Marketing Support

• Support digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and social media landing pages
• Develop and optimize landing pages for better conversions
• Collaborate with marketing team to improve website performance for campaigns
• Assist in content updates and promotional pages

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website traffic, performance, and user behavior
• Use Google Analytics to analyze performance data
• Assist in preparing performance reports and insights
• Recommend improvements based on data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and Elementor
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and time management skills
