WordPress Developer and Designer

• We are looking for a Frontend WordPress Developer to manage and optimise our website iifd.in. The role focuses on Elementor page building, performance optimisation, tracking setup, and overall website maintenance. (All enquiry forms are handled via NPF embeds.)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update pages using WordPress + Elementor
• Ensure responsive, mobile-friendly page designs
• Optimise website speed & Core Web Vitals
• Manage plugins, updates, backups, security
• Implement tracking via GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversions
• Add scripts (NPF form embeds, chat, popups)
• Support SEO team with on-page changes

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress & Elementor
• HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Experience with caching, CDN, image optimisation
• Familiar with GTM, GA4 tracking and conversion setup
• Understanding of plugins, themes, hosting basics

Good to Have

• Basic PHP
• Cloudflare / cPanel knowledge
• UI/UX understanding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,602.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
