WordPress Developer and Websites’ Admin

We’re looking for a seasoned WordPress Developer with strong skills and experience in WordPress frontend and backend development using advanced plugins development and “excelling” Elementor Page Builder.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of responsive design, web performance optimization, and user-centered design principles, with the ability to create modern, mobile-first websites and landing pages that deliver an exceptional user experience (UX).

The best fit for this role will bring strong visual and technical skills to craft front-end layouts, user-friendly websites, landing pages using Elementor page builder to support our real estate projects and marketing efforts. UI&UX designing skills using Figma or Adobe XD is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent skills in Elementor page builder is a MUST.
• Build, design, re-design, and maintain current and future WordPress websites, visual elements, and user interfaces and landing pages to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms (experience in real estate WordPress websites is a huge plus).
• Create and maintain functional web elements, widgets, and plugins as needed for real estate industry websites, including advanced search filters, map search, and more real estate widgets and plugins.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement creative and engaging web solutions that meet project goals and enhance user experience.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Continuously monitor the performance of websites and landing pages, making necessary design updates to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Recommend interface designs/wireframes using Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or any other relevant software.
• Help in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life and guide the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to deliver innovative, high-quality work.
• Optimize designs for SEO and collaborate with developers to ensure that all design aspects are search-engine friendly.

Key Requirements

• Excellent skills in Elementor page builder is a MUST.
• Advanced Skills in CSS is a MUST.
• Advanced skills in writing custom HTML5 lines as needed, structured CSS styles, and JavaScript to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences when required.
• Good knowledge in design tools like of Adobe and others like Photoshop, XD, Figma, and Canva is a huge plus.
• Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with an ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.
• Experience with responsive design and optimization for various devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Bitrix24 or other CRM software is a plus.
